Inqludo was born by a mistake. Luke our founder, found himself in an unfortunate situation when his role was made redundant. After thousands of applications, hundreds of ‘we are not taking your application further’ and plenty of ghosting. He thought why can’t I use all my skills and experience and work with companies that need it the most, small, growing business who don’t want to spend thousands on recruitment fees.
Luke has a wealth of experience that he has to offer within the talent acquisition industry including direct recruitment, employer branding and recruitment marketing.
